Singapore Hot Sour Wonton Soup
Ingredients
  • 350g Fantastic Singapore Noodles
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup kimchi, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 4 tsp gochujang, or to taste
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 12 pork and prawn wontons
  • For garnish

  • 4 tsp black & white sesame
  • 2 spring onion, finely sliced
  • ½ cup coriander leaves
Method
  • Bring the stock to the boil in a medium saucepan.
  • Add kimchi, soy, miso, gochujang and sesame and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add wontons and simmer until cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to packet instructions, drain and divide between four soup bowls.
  • Divide the soup and wontons between the bowls.
  • Garnish with sesame, spring onion and coriander.
