Crispy Sweet Chilli Chicken Tenders

Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, these Sweet Chilli Chicken Tenders are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Coated in crushed Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream Delites, they deliver a moreish mix of sweet heat, savoury spice and golden crunch, all cooked quickly in the air fryer.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup crushed Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream Delites
  • 250g chicken breast, cut into strips
  • ¼ cup plain flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • spray oil
Method
  • In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and coat well. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Crush the Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream Delites into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  • Take each piece of marinated chicken and lightly dredge it in plain flour, then press it into the crushed Delites crumbs until well coated. Repeat for all pieces.
  • Lightly spray the coated chicken with oil. Cook in the air fryer for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately, enjoy!
