Simple, spicy and seriously addictive, these Chilli Crisp Instant Noodles are the ultimate fast flavour fix. Hot chilli crisp, garlic, ginger and a splash of black vinegar create a punchy, fragrant sauce that clings beautifully to springy noodles. With sweet red capsicum for crunch and a little extra heat on the side, it’s the perfect two-serve dish when you want big flavour with almost zero effort.

Instant Chilli Crisp Noodles
Ingredients
  • 2 cakes Fantastic Instant Noodles
  • 2 tbsp chilli crisp oil
  • 1 garlic clive, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 small red capsicum, finely sliced
Method
  • Heat chilli crisp in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger and fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add vinegar and sugar and stir to dissolve sugar.
  • Prepare noodles according to packet instructions, adding capsicum for the final 30 seconds.
  • Place noodles and capsicum into a medium bowl, pour over sauce and toss to coat.
  • Serve noodles with extra chilli on the side.
